Welcome to our tenants’ health and safety section. You’ll find helpful hints and tips on fire safety in your home; links to the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service website, where you can book a ‘Safe and Well’ visit/download a ‘Safe and Well’ booklet and advice on what to do if a fire breaks out in your home. There’s also guidance on gas safety in your home and how we manage gas safety for our tenants and information and advice on asbestos management in your home (if applicable). We’ve also provided contact details to raise concerns about general health and safety, fire safety and gas safety.
To report any urgent health and safety concerns you may have about your home, the building in which you live or within your community, please contact us on 01443 424 200 – please do not use any of our social platforms (Facebook/Twitter) to report health and safety concerns, this should always be done via the telephone so that the concern can be assessed and a course of action agreed immediately. Alternatively, if your query or concern isn’t urgent (there isn’t a risk of injury or harm to people), you can fill in this form below.
