Our offices are open from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.00pm Friday. If you need to report a repair out of office hours, on weekends or bank holidays, our emergency number is shown below.

Annual gas service

 We operate a rolling 10 month programme of gas safety checks. This means arranging for our engineers to access nearly 1500 homes within RCT.

An annual gas service is not only a legal requirement for us as landlords but it is vitally important for the safety of you and your family.  A fault with your gas appliance can cause carbon monoxide poisoning which can be fatal.

In order to help this process run as smoothly as possible you can help by co-operating fully and responding to letters you will receive from LIBERTY GAS.

Currently our compliance rate is 100%. This has been the case for all of this financial year.

When you report a repair to us, we need as much information as possible to assign the correct contractor to attend to the problem. We will inform you in writing which contractor will be doing the work and when it will be carried out. Once you have reported a repair to us, you are expected to allow reasonable access to our contractors during normal working hours. Our contractors will contact you to make an appointment that is most convenient for you.
