YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RENT – when you sign your tenancy agreement, you enter into a legal contract with the Association. This contract sets out a number of obligations that you must meet, the most important one being that you pay your rent on time. If you do not, you will have broken your contract and could face legal action as a result.
Your rent is payable every Monday in advance for that week.
You can pay your rent in the following ways :
- By phone – Simply by calling Allpay on 08702 436040 you can make a payment over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively you can pay online by clicking the Allpay logo:
Once again you can make a payment 24/7, 365 days a year using a debt or credit card. In person – at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet in the UK.
You can also ring our customer advice team (01443 424200) or visit us at our offices, 5 days a week 8.30am – 4.30pm (4pm on a Friday) to make a rent payment.
Alternatively, if you have a bank or building society account, you can choose to take the strain out of paying your rent by setting up a weekly or monthly Direct Debit.
