Bryncae – Phase 2 site in Llanharan

Due for completion in Summer 2020. This is our second phase in the existing Fford Y Gwaith Glo neighbourhood in Llanharan. This new neighbourhood will grow by a further 22 homes with M & J Cosgrove and continue to enhance this thriving community space.

Innovation House site in Llanharan

Due for completion in Summer 2020. We will redevelopment this vacant site and are regenerating an unused area of land to create a new community which will include 39 new homes with Morganstone Construction. This is large and an exciting scheme for us and will see an impressive quality affordable housing supply to the area.

If you are interested in any of our homes, then you need to apply through the common housing register called Homefinder RCT. You need to set up an account and register at www.homefinderrct.org.uk. RCT County Borough Council manage the common housing register and they set out criteria for all applicants which will need to be considered for anyone applying for one of  our homes.

Our new build homes will appear on their website when they are fully completed.

If you are a landowner and would like to get in touch about regeneration of an area and discuss opportunities with our Development team then give us a call on 01443 424200, or email Development@rhondda.org
