Board of Management

Rhondda Housing Association is governed by a voluntary Board of Management (the “Board”), who delegate the day-to-day running of the Association to our Executive Management Team and their departmental areas. The Board meet each month to set strategic objectives, monitor our performance and scrutinise various aspects of our work.

Every year at our Annual General Meeting (also known as an AGM), our Board of Management voluntary members is elected by our share members.  A third of the places on the Board are set aside for tenants. Membership to the board is available to anyone who wishes but you need to be a sharemember of the Association to become a board member. We welcome interest from tenants, volunteers and community members who have the skill set to drive RHA successfully and strategically.

We are accountable to our share members who have the right to influence important decisions affecting our structure and future as well as the composition of our Board.
