The Youth Empowerment Panel (YEP) consists of young people from 15 to 25 years of age who all come from across the Association’s housing areas.

YEP is supported by giving training to help the young people of the Panel to represent the voice of other young people, the Association’s youth work and to be part of the Tenant’s Forum.
