Within this group tenants discuss maintenance policies and procedures.

Membership of this group provides tenants with the opportunity to give their opinions and views on a wide range of issues. For example Rhondda Housing Association may have decided it is time to refurbish the old kitchens. Members of this group will have a say in colour choices for the units, types of worktops and floor coverings. External doors may need changing and the group members will have a choice in selecting them. It may be time for the external painting of doors etc. Once again members will have their say in that, for example what colours should be offered to the tenants.
