CUSTOMER SERVICES
When you contact Rhondda Housing Association your initial call will be dealt with by one of our Customer Services Advisors who are trained to deal with your housing and maintenance queries. If you have a question about your rent, need to report a repair at your property, need general advice about your tenancy or have a waiting list query then a member of this team will be able to help you.
If a CSA is unable to help then they will sign-post you to someone else within the organization who will be able to deal with your query.
HOUSING OFFICERS
Your housing officer will be able to help you with any tenancy issues or questions that you may have – they will help you if you are experiencing problems with paying your rent or have concerns about the area in which you reside/live.
FINANCIAL INCLUSION TEAM (COUNT ME IN)
If you are experiencing problems managing your money our team of Financial Inclusion Officers are there to provide you with debt advice and support. They specialize in maximizing income, reducing outgoings and tackling debt.
TIME EXCHANGE CO-ORDINATOR (RHATE)
Our Time Exchange Co-ordinator is committed to ensuring that you receive thanks for any time that you give to help RHA and your local community. RHA values the time that people give to help make a difference to the lives of others.
