The Association’s Development department is responsible for the construction of quality new-build homes, and the up-grading of our existing housing stock to meet the Welsh Government’s housing quality standards.

Having recently successfully secured a significant amount of Social Housing Grant, the Association currently has a very full development programme, which aims over the next three years to build 46 much needed affordable new homes in the Borough.

The department also supervises a programme of work which, over time, arranges for the renewal of the kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and central heating systems in our homes.

Our cyclical decoration programme aims to repaint externally all our properties within a 5 year rolling timetable.

Working with the local authority, we can also arrange for the physical adaptation of properties, including building extensions, to meet the changing physical needs of our residents.
