Rhondda Housing Association is a non-profit making organisation with charitable status and is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies. (Inland Revenue charity number XR31161.) The Association is community based with strong links within the communities it serves managing approximately 1,500 homes. We offer a range of services including supported housing, social housing, and support to the elderly and regeneration services. We seek a long term future for our communities and tenants who are increasingly marginalised with a real poverty of aspiration. We focus on quality of life and regeneration issues to remove the barriers and create strong communities.
