When we started 30 years ago we were based in a small converted house in Tylorstown – now as we continue to expand and grow we have a purpose built office in ComptonRoad, Tonypandy. This allows us to be accessible to our tenants who occupy over 1400 properties throughout the Rhondda and Taff Ely areas.
Rhondda Housing Association is a community based,  tenant focused Association that only works in Rhondda Cynon Taf – this makes us different from most other housing associations. A large proportion of our staff are local people and we have a policy to use local contractors wherever possible. We therefore have a vested interest in the success of the area and in the communities in which we work.
