Lesley Davies – Chief Executive

I have 19 years experience of working in the social housing sector and I have held the role of Chief Executive for 4 years, prior to that I was  Deputy CE/Director of Finance at RHA.  I joined RHA in 1993 as a part-time accountant.  I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and previously worked for KPMG one of the top International Accountancy practices.  Before moving into the Housing Sector I spent 8 years working in manufacturing industry  for a worldwide electronics company who at that time was also the largest private employer in South Wales. I gained substantial experience of project appraisal, treasury/cash management and meeting customers needs, which I have been able to transfer to the housing sector.

Shelagh Iles – Director of Supported Services and Regeneration

I have 23 years experience of working in social housing, the past 12 within supported housing.  I am employed as Director of Community Support and Regeneration at RHA with responsibility to lead on supported housing, community development and Communities First work.  I am the Cymorth Representative on the RCT Supporting People Planning Group to ensure the experience of the Voluntary Sector is voiced within their decision making processes.  As a Trustee on several Boards I am completely familiar with strategic, governance and probity issues.   I have an MSc in Collaborative Community Care and Public Health but  continue to learn and develop my skills and knowledge to be able to develop and provide services to vulnerable people in the community.

Sean Tristham – Director of Development and Asset Management

I have over 14 years experience within the housing association movement all within development. I managed and delivered the largest social housing grant programme for over 10 years with my former employers Coastal Housing Group. I have a vast array of experience in all facets of development including site appraisal, land acquisition and project management. This experience has been utilised on schemes ranging from 1 off bespoke dwellings to complete estate regeneration.Additionally I have considerable commercial experience having responsibility for a large commercial portfolio which included significant mix used, mixed tenure schemes.
